In the event that you wish to return or exchange a product(s), for reasons other than the product being defective or incorrect, we require that you send the package back to us at your expense
- Our policy lasts 30 days after your order was placed. If 30 days have gone by from the date of your order, then we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
- We require that all returns be sent back to us at your expense.
- We cannot offer shipping costs for returns at this time.
- If the return/exchange does not pass our inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial.
- All items must be unwashed.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant will NOT be accepted.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- If your return is denied, then the product(s) will be sent back to you.

We must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
